How Our Underwear Manufacturing Process Works
A transparent guide to sample development, MOQ, lead times, and bulk production with our Guangzhou factory.
Flexible MOQ for Brands
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) depend heavily on the fabric and construction type. Typically, seamless styles require standard MOQs per color/style, while cut-and-sew can be more flexible.
Step-by-Step OEM Process
1. Inquiry & Tech Pack Submission
Contact us with your Tech Pack, reference images, or physical sample. Include details on fabric preference, target quantities, and size range.
2. Quotation & Fabric Sourcing
We analyze your design and provide an estimated cost for sampling and bulk production. We will also suggest or source appropriate fabric swatches.
3. Sample Development (1st Fit)
Our sample room creates the initial prototype. This focuses on translating the design to reality and checking initial fit and construction.
4. Fitting, Revision & Approval
You test the sample. If adjustments are needed, we revise the pattern and make a pre-production sample (PP sample) for your final approval.
5. Bulk Production & QC
Once the PP sample is approved and the deposit is paid, bulk production begins. We conduct in-line and final AQL inspections.
6. Custom Packaging & Shipping
Goods are branded, polybagged, and boxed according to your specs. We assist with FOB, EXW, CIF, or DDP shipping terms to your destination.
